The 10,000 hours rule
I’m currently reading The Outliers. Usually i can finish a book in one or 2 days max but this book has dragged me for months. i love it but i don’t know i realized when i read it, i would stop and do some thinking. ;p
I’m only at the part where they are talking about The Termites aka The Genius.
But i kept thinking bout the 10,000 hours rule that Malcolm Gladwell kinda mentioned it in the whole chapter.
They said if you want to master something, you just have to MAKE the time or OPPORTUNITY to practice for 3 hours/day, 7 days/week, everyday for the next 10 yrs.
Well i’m going to give it a try ;p
Good luck!

Focus on what you DO have, don’t dwell on what you DON’T
From Isobella Jade’s blog:
“It is common to dwell on what we don’t have, what we are not, but that usually doesn’t bring you forward towards your goals and happiness while chasing them, focus on what you DO have, and using what you DO have to get ahead. It is so important in modeling, and in life, to accept, use and give attention to what you do have.”
I adore her.
